Armstrong Family Law

Armstrong Family Law specialises in resolving disputes between couples who are divorcing or dissolving civil partnerships, and in financial disputes arising from that. It also specialises in disputes between unmarried couples and between parents about their children and in domestic violence injunction cases.

We give our clients the best possible advice so that they can then decide what direction to take. We aim to rexach an agreement whenever possible, and  will encourage our clients to use alternatives to court such as negotiation, family mediation, collaborative process or family arbitration. When these alternatives are unsuccessful or unsuitable, we can represent our clients in the Family Court.

Armstrong Family Law does not believe in a one size fits all approach and instead we will provide bespoke advice to our clients tailored to meet their needs and circumstances.

The use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
